ALL CAKES MUST BE REFRIDGERATED! We use real butter in the icing and when it sits at room temperature it will get soft. Cake can be out for the party for a few hours then must go back in the fridge.

Q. Does your store change hours for holidays?
A. Yes, please check the website or facebook close to Holidays as we update them.
Q. Do you make Vegan, Gluten free Cakes/Cupcakes?
A. Yes we do offer these in cakes sizes 6" and up we have a dozen minimum for cupcakes.
Right now we have chocolate and vanilla options and these must be pre ordered.
Q.Do you make Nut free cakes and desserts?
A. We are NOT a nut free Bakery as there is Nuts on the premises and in some of our Baked Goods.
We do have dedicated equipment for all of our Nut usage. Before placing your order please inform us that
there is an allergy and we will make sure to avoid any contact with the allergy. if the Allergy is super sensitive please use
your own discretion.
Q. I found a cake i love online (Pinterest, Facebook, Google etc) can you make me the same exact cake?
A. We do our very best to mimic an image you bring in but cannot guarantee that our cake will look exactly like your picture.
while we do our best to match colors and design. it's sometimes impossible to match it to a T.
DISCLAIMER! Every Baker uses their own tools, brand of food coloring and style of work. we will do our very best to match to it, some colors fade when they sit and some get darker with time.
Q.Do you deliver?
Yes we can deliver your cake, deliveries within Marlboro has a fee of $10. and outside of Marlboro is priced on a per mileage/time please contact us for more info. For large multi tiered cakes we strongly recommend having us deliver it to ensure safe transport and best results.
Q. I ordered a custom Cake/Items and placed a deposit. Can I have a refund if I cancel?
A. We are a small Bakery and take orders very seriously. While we are happy to apply your payment to a store credit for a future order, we may have to deduct a portion of the deposit for any custom items we might have already completed/started we do not give refunds The amount deducted is based on a per order basis. From the minute you place your order, we immediately make multiple investments to ensure that your cake will be completed, some of which include: turning down other potential orders, spending great deals of time properly planning the execution of your design and purchasing necessary tools and supplies.
When you make a deposit or payment for a cake, that is a commitment on your behalf, and we will hold you to it ,just as you should hold us to our commitment to of delivering your cake as we committed.
Q. how tall are your cakes?
A . Our cakes are about 4 1/2- 5" tall . some designs have a taller look, so when you cut half through it, gravity sets in and you must either lay it down or put something next to it so it wont fall over.
Q. How do I order a cake?
A. There is a few ways to order a cake,

All Cakes require a non-refundable deposit which is applied to your balance.
